The Project
This beautiful 1940s villa needed a complete electrical overhaul. The original wiring was showing its age - cloth-covered cables, no earth wires, and a switchboard that belonged in a museum.
We staged the rewire over three weeks to minimize disruption to the family. Each room was completed before moving to the next, so they could continue living in the home throughout the work.
The new installation includes 24 circuits with RCD protection, LED lighting throughout, and a modern switchboard with room for future expansion. We also installed a full smoke alarm system and ran data cables to every room.
The owners now have a safe, compliant electrical system that will serve them for decades to come.
