The Project

This modern family home required full electrical installation from the ground up. We worked closely with the builder from the plan stage to ensure everything was positioned perfectly.

The installation includes smart home pre-wiring throughout, so the owners can add automation features as they choose. We designed the lighting layout to maximize natural light during the day and provide perfect ambiance in the evening.

Special attention was paid to the kitchen and living areas, with dedicated circuits for all major appliances and plenty of power points where they're actually needed.

We also future-proofed the garage with EV charger preparation - the cable is run and ready, just waiting for when they decide to go electric.
